Fire Risk Assessment

Fire Risk Assessment

A fire can have devastating effects from loss of business to loss of life. Fires cost the UK economy millions of pounds every year and has seen many companies unable to recover, yet they are usually preventable. Understanding the risks in your premise(s) is vital in protecting your employees and business from this threat.

Under UK legislation the ‘responsible person’ must address fire safety matters in the premise(s) under their control. A suitable and sufficient assessment of the fire risks to identify the general fire precautions needed is required; this assessment must be undertaken by a competent person.

Total fire safety management can only be achieved by taking a holistic approach; this is why we believe a fire risk assessment is not the start and end of fire safety and neither should it be a standard generic report which only identifies risk and actions.

We offer a tailored service which reflects our clients’ activities and needs. Providing you with a comprehensive report and fire safety package identifying the significant risks, mitigating actions to remove and reduce these risks and giving you the ability to comply with the requirements in the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

All of our assessors are experienced professionals in the field of fire prevention and fire safety management, they are members of professional bodies such as the Institution of Fire Engineers, Institute of Fire Safety Managers and National Association of Healthcare Fire Officers.

Every client, business and building is different and unique. Don’t settle for just a fire risk assessment expect more!
